Contribution Offer On New Homes In Sawbridgeworth

David Wilson Homes has taken a step to make a brand new home more affordable for house-hunters in Sawbridgeworth with the introduction of a special offer at Sawbridge Park.

For a limited time, the housebuilder is offering a contribution of up to 5% towards a mortgage or deposit, plus a flooring package, on selected plots at the development in the Hertfordshire town. This offer ends 30 November 2023.

The detached ‘Holden’ house type on Plot 88. It has kitchen/dining room, utility room, bay-windowed lounge, study, four bedrooms (one en suite) and single garage. Priced from £700,000 and with £14,000 worth of extras and upgrades, the contribution offer on this home is worth some £35,000.
