Riverside Apartments To Launch In Musselburgh
The first release of apartments at an anticipated development in the centre of Musselburgh will launch to market on Monday 2 May.
Dundas Estates will be launching the first phase of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments at its 140-home development The Wireworks on the banks of the picturesque River Esk. Despite increasing popularity, 90% of homes in the area sold for under £400,000, with apartments concentrated at under £160,000, more than £100,000 less than the average flat in the capital.
