Summer Promotion Launched By Housebuilder

Denbury Homes has launched a new promotion, offering customers up to £20,000 on the purchase of their new home.

The incentive can be taken as a cash discount, deposit contribution or Stamp Duty contribution, or used towards extras on a new Denbury Home, available on selected plots and developments reserved before August 31 2023.

Home buyers can save on their deposit, alleviate upfront costs, or benefit from a cash discount to reduce the overall purchase price. It can also be put towards upgrades to enhance and personalise their new home with exciting extras.

Sara Raven, director of sales and marketing, says: “The summer initiative has been created to help our buyers make the most of their investment. We believe in making the sales process as stress-free as possible and want to help customers make this transition with ease and excitement. Purchasing a home marks a significant milestone, and we are dedicated to supporting our customers every step of the way. Buyers can take advantage of the cash discount as a contribution towards their mortgage, resulting in lower monthly repayments. They could also put it towards optional upgrades such as flooring or turf.”

The incentive was launched at the end of July and runs until 5pm on 31 August 2023.

Denbury Homes currently has homes available across Suffolk and Norfolk, with new marketing suites having just opened in Debenham and Elmsett, Thursday - Monday, 10am to 5pm.
