Part Exchange Launched At Dunblane Development

Posted 21 December 2023 by Keith Osborne

Homebuyers can now ask about Part Exchange on selected plots at Dandara's Wallace View development...

Dandara recently launched a fresh Part Exchange scheme at its Wallace View development in Dunblane, Stirling.

With the Part Exchange scheme, potential purchasers can be at ease knowing there is a chain-free guaranteed buyer for their home. The process involves engaging two designated estate agents to value the current home, marketing of which will be initiated thereafter, allowing homeowners to live in their existing home until their new Dandara home is ready to move into without the need for a middle move.

Dandara is also offering various incentives to help get people moving, such as £10,000 Tailor Made Packages and LBTT paid to selected plots.

Tony Williamson, sales director at Dandara East Scotland, commented: “We're excited to share that Part Exchange is now available at our Wallace View development. This scheme not only provides a fair market value but streamlines the homebuying process and serves as a stress-reliever for those navigating the sale of their homes with no estate agency fees or home report costs to pay.

“Nestled in the heart of Dunblane, with its rich history and picturesque landscapes, now is an opportune time to make a move to Wallace View and make the most of the attractive incentives available.”

Prospective buyers at Wallace View can choose from the three-bedroom ‘Raasay’ detached bungalow priced at £399,995 or the five-bedroom ‘Shetland V1’ priced at £599,995, both available with Part Exchange.

Also available is the three-bedroom ‘Lismore’ at £314,995 with LBTT paid saving almost £5,350 and flooring package included. The four-bedroom ‘Arran V1’ and five-bedroom ‘Tiree V1’ are available with a £10k Tailor Made Package.

Surrounded by countryside, Wallace View is just a five-minute drive from Dunblane Primary and Dunblane High School, one of the top state secondary schools in Scotland. It is just over a mile from Dunblane high street with its gift shops, retailers, eateries, and cathedral which dates back to the 12th century. For transport links, Wallace View is close to the A9 making Scotland’s two largest cities easily accessible. There are also regular train services from Dunblane station to Stirling, Perth, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Dandara is currently selling a collection of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes at Wallace View, with prices for a three-bedroom terraced house starting from £314,995. Find out more from Dandara.
