Show Home Launches At Portsmouth Development

Dandara will be unveiling a brand new show home on Thursday 3 December at its popular Novo development in Drayton, Portsmouth, following the developments successful off-plan launch in September.

The show home which has been designed by interior experts Dandy Design to offer homebuyers a glimpse into life at the new homes development, is expected to appeal to families searching for more space following the impact of lockdown.

The colour scheme of the four-bedroom detached show house offers mixes of various tones of blues complimented by some hot orange to add richness and strength. The scheme incorporates soft linen furnishings with a mixture of casual scatter cushions, a gold and wicker textural coffee table, a sailing ship and coral artwork whilst iron shelving units and exposed bulb lighting entwine a modern industrial mood.

“Our aim was to create an appealing and comfortable interior, inviting homebuyers to want to come inside and sit down. At the same time, by injecting colour and splashes of fun into each room I think we definitely achieved a home to be enjoyed by the whole family.”

Demand for spacious homes with good local schools and great commuting links are high right now, driven by lifestyle changes due to the ongoing pandemic. Novo offers a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom family homes with private gardens, garages and/or allocated parking, and a dedicated play area situated within the development – as well as being a short distance to the coast.
