Crest Nicholson Offers First Part Buy-Part Rent Homes

Crest Nicholson has partnered with heylo to offer the Home Reach scheme for the first time, allowing eligible house-hunters to part buy-part rent selected properties across Britain.

Home Reach provides the security of homeownership with a lower initial financial commitment, making it a more affordable way onto the housing ladder. It means purchasing a percentage of the property outright (for example, 50% of its full market price) and paying rent on the remainder, at a discounted rate.
