Next Phase Of Homes To Be Launched In Finberry

Posted 27 September 2022 by Keith Osborne

Crest Nicholson to release the latest collection of new homes at Bilham Lawn, just a few miles from Ashford, Kent...

WhatHouse? Award-winning Crest Nicholson is set to launch its latest phase within its sought-after Finberry village in Ashford, Kent.

Once complete, Bilham Lawn will offer a mix of 42 two- to four-bedroom homes, making it ideal for a variety of purchasers – from first-time buyers to growing families or those looking to downsize. Residents are expected to be welcomed on the new phase from Spring 2023.

The homes at Bilham Lawn will include ten different house types, including the popular three-bedroom ‘Redgrave’ and the four-bedroom ‘Marlborough’ house types. The ‘Redgrave’, set over two floors, features a kitchen-dining area, separate living room with French doors to the garden, and a WC, on the ground floor. The first floor comprises three bedrooms with an en suite to the main bedroom, along with an additional family bathroom.

For growing families, the ‘Marlborough’ is a spacious property complete with a kitchen-dining-family area that stretches from the front to the back of the house and features French double doors leading out onto the garden. On the ground floor there is also a separate living room, providing plenty of spaces for busy families to relax, unwind, and entertain. On the first floor, the property benefits from four double bedrooms. While the main bedroom has its own en suite, the remaining three bedrooms share a well-proportioned family bathroom.

Karen Coulson, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson Eastern, commented: “We’re delighted to unveil this latest phase at our sought-after Finberry village, with the first homes anticipated to be released at the end of July or start of August. Located in Kent, the Garden of England, residents benefit from the best of town and countryside living, with Ashford town centre right on their doorsteps. With our existing developments having been popular with both locals and those from further afield, Bilham Lawn offers homebuyers another opportunity to join this already thriving community.”

The wider Finberry development is a well-established community of over 600 people. Upon completion, it will comprise a total of 1,100 homes plus a range of facilities and amenities, including a state-of-the-art primary school, play parks, a community centre, shops, restaurants and sports pitches.

Located just a short drive away from the M20 motorway, residents benefit from easy access to London and the M25, and in the other direction the south coast. Ashford International station is less than four miles away, with High Speed services running regularly, linking passengers to London St Pancras in just 38 minutes. National Rail trains have routes to and from the likes of London Victoria, London Charing Cross and Eastbourne.

Situated close to the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the South Coast of England, the development is ideally located for those who enjoy spending time outdoors. Additionally, Ashford has plenty of amenities including shops, restaurants and cafés, plus the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet – home to many premium brands at discounted prices.
