Housebuilder Starts Selling From New Developments Across The Midlands

Posted 20 May 2022 by Keith Osborne

Crest Nicholson has unveiled a wide range of new homes for sale in Warwick, Nuneaton and Kenilworth...

Crest Nicholson, a winner of numerous prestigious WhatHouse? Awards, has opened sales cabins at three of its new developments across the Midlands: Montague Point in Warwick, Sketchley Gardens in Nuneaton and Westwood Park, in Kenilworth.

With construction having started earlier in the year, the first phases of the new developments are set to bring over 200 new homes to Warwickshire and the West Midlands, adding to Crest Nicholson’s existing range of properties available in the region.

Westwood Park features a range of two- to five-bedroom properties and Sketchley Gardens is comprised of a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes. The canalside Montague Point will be made up of two- and three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced homes, and four- and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses. Each home has also been thoughtfully designed to improve heat retention and energy efficiency, reducing energy bills for homeowners. The new homes will also significantly cut building materials, waste and the time spent on site.

Vanessa MacNee, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson Midlands, commented: “We are excited to now have a sales presence at Montague Point, Sketchley Gardens and Westwood Park. Our new cabins will support us in providing a footing to drive sales in the local area. The collection of homes from Crest Nicholson’s new range of house types are designed to fit in with the local aesthetic and are ideal for supporting busy, modern lifestyles.

“With so many local amenities on the doorstep of these developments, as well as a strong community feel in the local area, we are already seeing a lot of interest in this development ahead of the launch. I would encourage interested buyers to get in touch with our dedicated sales teams as soon as possible to avoid missing out.”

Less than two miles from Nuneaton town centre, Sketchley Gardens provides a true mix of country and town living, giving residents the best of both worlds. Sketchley Gardens and Montague Point are both situated around the River Anker, allowing residents to enjoy an abundance of walking trails and cycling routes. With the development just a 20-minute walk to Warwick town centre, Montague Point is well connected to the surrounding area, giving residents a chance to enjoy a vibrant local community.

Westwood Park is also just a stone’s throw away from the centre of Warwick, and 14 minutes from Coventry city centre by car. Each of the developments is also well connected to the surrounding area, providing easy routes via car, bus or rail to London, Birmingham and beyond.

Prices start from £315,000 for two-bedroom homes at Montague Point, £300,000 for a three-bedroom at Sketchley Gardens, and £360,000 for three-bedroom homes at Westwood Park. Smooth Move, Part Exchange, and the Deposit Unlock scheme are available on selected properties.
