Developer Countryside still has selected apartments available with Help to Buy at Quartet in north-east London...

Quartet – the popular scheme in Clapton Common from multiple WhatHouse? Award-winning housebuilder Countryside – still has Help to Buy available, alongside various other incentives.

Prices here start from £399,995 with Help to Buy available on selected properties. This means that first-time buyers can get on the property ladder with just a 5% deposit (from £20,000) and a 55% mortgage (from £220,000), with the remaining 40% of the property price provided as an equity loan from the government, interest-free for the first five years,

There are also other offers on selected plots, with Stamp Duty paid on Apartment 92 on the second floor of Barbel Court. This two-bedroom apartment has 753 sq ft of living space and a generous private balcony off its open-plan kitchen/living/dining room. It is priced from £550,000. There’s furniture included with Apartment 98 on the third floor, a two-bedroom apartment with the same layout and priced at £555,000. Both these homes are ready to move into.

Quartet (Countryside)Quartet comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes adjacent to Clapton Common, just a five-minute walk from Stamford Hill town centre. Stamford Hill Broadway is dotted with supermarkets, boutiques, butchers, bakers, and speciality food shops. The Clapton Common area is a great location for families thanks to a number of excellent schools in the area, which include Springfield Community Primary School, rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, and eight other primary schools to choose from, all within a mile of Quartet. Secondary schools in the area are also of high calibre, with five of them rated 'Outstanding'.

Located in Zone 3, Stamford Hill station is a 10-minute walk away and offers direct London Overground trains to Liverpool Street taking less than 20 minutes. Seven Sisters station, which is on the Victoria line, is also just a 15-minute walk away.
