First-Time Buyer Event To Take Place In Maidenhead

Local estate agency Roger Platt in Maidenhead is inviting local first-time buyers to attend an ‘Ask the Expert’ event at new homes development Waterside Quarter, developed by Shanly Homes, taking place on Saturday 26 March.

Between 10.00am and 5.0pm, the event is aimed at giving advice to first time-buyers who are at any stage in the house-buying process. Prospective buyers will be able to look around show apartments, speak to mortgage consultants and solicitors about the financial and legal aspects of purchasing a home, and discuss how they can buy an apartment at Waterside Quarter.

“This is a great opportunity for first-time buyers to seek important advice on how to purchase their first home”, said Nicole Shipperley, new homes partner at Roger Platt.

“We believe that educating first-time buyers about how to get onto the property ladder is essential, especially given the demand in the current property market.
