Estate agent Colliers has announced the launch of a new collection of apartments in Hanwell in the London Borough of Ealing, in the west of the capital.
On behalf of developers Pluto Homes and Aari, they are overseeing the sale of the nine apartments for sale at Windmill Lodge, which are available through the government-backed Help to Buy scheme to first-time buyers with a 5% deposit
The new one- and two-bedroom flats and the conversion project come with private terraces and will be available for occupation from summer 2022. Prices start from £365,000 for a one-bedroom and £460,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.
