Phase 6 Just Launched At Boston Development

Chestnut Homes has announced the launch of the latest phase of a development called The Quadrant, taking shape on the outskirts of Boston, Lincolnshire.

The development is bringing an impressive mix of house types from two-bedroom homes perfect for first-timers to executive five-bedroom properties that could be ideal for families. When completed, there will be a total of 500 new homes complemented by shopping facilities, restaurants, food outlets and the new community stadium for Boston United.

The architecture of the older part of the village has been reflected in the exteriors of these new homes but behind the traditional exteriors, Chestnut Homes has taken a thoroughly up-to-date view on layout and specification. There are energy-efficient building materials and fittings, high-quality integrated appliance and ‘early-bird’ buyers can ask about options and upgrades on some parts of the home, such as flooring and tiling.

From this development, the centre of the market town is only a short drive away, where there’s a shopping centre, other shops and services, and a wide choice of places to eat and drink. The area has some well-regarded schools and plenty of entertainment options. The likes of Lincoln, Peterborough, Newark-on-Trent and Skegness are all well under an hour away.

‘The Buttermere’, from £174,950, could make a perfect first home. Downstairs is a spacious lounge with French doors to the garden, a kitchen/family room with breakfast bar, utility room and two sets of French doors, and there another room which could be great for a dining table or another reception or hobby room. Outside are a detached double garage and a driveway. The summer deal on this home is worth some £26,996.
