Leaseback Offer On West Country Show Homes

Cavanna Homes is offering two show homes in the South West of England on a ‘buy now and lease back to us’ scheme.

It’s a deal which offers homebuyers the opportunity to purchase it but then receive a significant monthly rental income from the housebuilder while it continues to use it as a show house until the site comes to an end.

The company has just released two properties on this deal: the three-bedroom detached ‘Steeperton’ show home at Cales Reach in the south Somerset town of Wincanton; and the four-bedroom detached ‘Corndon’ at Broadleigh Park in Tavistock, Devon.

Each show home occupies a prominent plot and the gardens are professionally landscaped.
