New Show Homes Opened Near Exeter

Keith OsborneAhead of the launch of some new developments in the South West, Cavanna Homes has opened the doors to two show homes at one of its popular current Devon schemes, between Alphington and Exminster.
The launch of the show houses has taken place at Cavanna @ Elm Park on the southern outskirts of Exeter, and it means that house-hunters in the area can now book an appointment to step inside and visualise what it will be like to live in a new Cavanna home – and inspire them with some current decorating and furnishing trends.
The two show homes – a four-bedroom ‘Langcombe’ townhouse and a three-bedroom detached ‘Lakehead’, showcase the firm’s highest specification of fixtures and fittings and are designed to suit modern living for all the family. Both have open-plan kitchen/dining rooms with integrated appliances and double doors leading into the garden, ideal for summer BBQs. The homes also benefit from spacious living rooms plus master bedrooms with en suites, and space to transform one of the bedrooms into a home office or dressing area. Prices at Elm Park currently start at £345,000.

Cavanna Homes is also progressing well on its other current developments, with the final few homes for sale at Equinox I, with process starting at £335,000, and the launch of Equinox II – the company’s latest development of 81 new two- to four-bedroom homes, priced from £345,000. People looking to move to a location with easy access to the M5 and connections to the city’s cycling network, plus a 15-acre country park, and a play area for children, are welcome book their appointment at the development’s marketing suite. They can take a tour of the development in progress, as well as the opportunity to explore two show homes at Equinox I. The first homes at Equinox II will be ready to move into by late spring.
Cavanna Homes will soon be launching Oak Mount in the picturesque village of Hemyock, near Cullompton and within the Blackdown Hills, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This will feature 40 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, each fitted with air source heat pumps, the latest heating systems, excellent wall and loft insulation and double glazing. The marketing suite there will be opening in spring and the new family homes will be ready to move into by autumn.
There’s also a spring launch for the second phase of 19 three- and four-bedroom family homes at Market Place ,in the market town of Holsworthy. The first homes here will also be ready to move into by the autumn.
