Strong Sales At St Asaph Scheme

Castle Green Homes launched its Maes Yr Haul development off-plan last summer in response to demand and has reported that around 40 homes have now been reserved there.

Maes yr Haul offers a choice of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, with the final few properties on the first phase now on sale. Current prices range from £183,995 for a two-bedroom ‘Oakley’ up to £424,995 for a four-bedroom detached ‘Wiltshire’.
