Strong Early Sales At Meols Development

Posted 5 March 2021 by Keith Osborne

Nearly one-third of the homes at Queensbury Manor have seen reserved even before the show homes open later this month...

Off-plan sales are going well at Queensbury Manor, a development in Meols on the Wirral that was launch by Castle Green Homes at the end of last year.

The developer has already sold over 30% of the homes there, proving its high-end designs are meeting buyers’ changing demands post-lockdown.

Caryl Russell, sales and marketing director at Castle Green Homes said: “Queensbury Manor is the first development to feature homes from our new Signature Collection. Signature homes offer bigger plots, larger garages and high-end fixtures and, of course, a very desirable location to live.”

All homes at Queensbury Manor will come with fixtures such as Villeroy and Boch sanitaryware in the bathrooms, AEG and Zanussi appliances in the kitchen as well as Quartz countertops.

Russell says that off-plan sales have been hugely successful: “There are lots of benefits to purchasing a home early on in the build process. You get first pick of the plots and you can also personalise the home to suit your style.”

One home available at Queensbury Manor is the four-bedroom detached ‘Marlborough’ that starts from £609,995. Downstairs the open-plan living area includes a kitchen, dining and family area with bi-folding doors that lead out into the garden. There is also a separate lounge and essential utility and cloakroom too.

Upstairs, the main bedroom spans the entire width of the home and comes with its own en suite and dressing area. Bedroom two also has its own en suite. The remaining two bedrooms share a well-appointed and spacious family bathroom.

Queensbury Manor’s location in Meols means residents loving outdoor life will have the Wirral Circular Trail and its miles of coastal paths on the doorstep. They can also take to the water at the nearby West Kirby Marine Lake. For more relaxing options, Meols, as well as nearby Hoylake and West Kirkby, have a fantastic range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants, ideal for post-lockdown socialising.

Other Queensbury Manor homes start from £469,995 for a four-bedroom detached ‘Ascot’ up to £669,995 for a five-bedroom ‘Buckingham’.

A ‘Marlborough’ show home will be available for viewing by appointment only from Friday 12 March and would-be homebuyers will also be able to take a 360° virtual tour via the website. A second fully furnished show home, the ‘Buckingham´, will open its doors at the end of the month.
