Doors Open Soon To Show Homes In Daresbury

Properties at Bridgewater View have been proving popular thanks in part to virtual reality technology and the company is predicting a boom in sales once buyers can see inside the these new properties.
Caryl Russell, sales and marketing director at Castle Green Homes said: “Buyers have embraced using our multi-award-winning digital platform, available via a state-of-the-art touchscreen experience centre at Bridgewater View and via our website. The combination of 3D development maps, virtual show home tours of every house type furnished or unfurnished and being able to make their specification choices wherever and whenever they want, provides a truly immersive virtual experience.
“We also appreciate that for some people, being able to physically step inside a property and look around in real life remains an integral part of the buying journey. Many of them have made the short journey to our nearby Willow Fields development to view finished examples of our homes. We’re pleased to announce that the wait is almost over and we’re opening four show homes at Bridgewater View.”
Professionally styled and fully furnished, the show homes are examples of the three-bedroom ‘Cheltenham’ and the ‘Wentworth’, ‘Alderton’ and ‘Heatherington’ house types, all four-bedroom detached designs.
The first phase of homes at Bridgewater View features 23 private sale properties, including a mixture of two-, three- and four-bedroom designs. Current prices start from £339,995 for a three-bedroom detached ‘Stratford’ style home. All are being built with a specification which incorporates a high level of energy efficiency, with electric vehicle charging provision available.
Significant existing mature landscaping will be retained as part of the development, with open spaces and play areas for residents to enjoy.
