Sales Centre Opens In Holt This Weekend

Already nearly 50% sold, the Castle Green development in will see its sales centre opening on Saturday 17 April.

Caryl Russell, sales and marketing director at Castle Green Homes, said: “Despite restrictions and lockdowns, demand for our new homes has remained high throughout. Castle Green is only a small development of 24 homes and almost half have already sold off-plan. Would-be customers really shouldn’t delay booking an appointment to view, especially as we are getting ready to open our new sales centre.”

From this weekend, the new sales centre in Wrexham Road will open by appointment from Thursday to Monday with a sales consultant on hand to help guide would-be buyers through the new home process.

Russell added: “Post-lockdown, buyers now want homes with more space both inside and outside. The Castle Green homes boast sociable open-plan kitchen and dining spaces that are now at the top of people’s wish lists, plus some homes have extra family space in addition to the separate lounge. All homes have their own private garden too, which is another top requirement from buyers.

“Until now, this development hasn’t had its own sales centre, but now we want to invite buyers along so they can get the full Castle Green experience. They should make an appointment first though to guarantee our personal attention on the day and to ensure safe social distancing.”

One home available at Castle Green, priced from £369,995, is ‘The Wentworth’, a four-bedroom detached property type in an attractive brick and render finish, with integral single garage. Downstairs, off the hallway, is a lounge with feature bay window. At the rear of the house is a spacious kitchen/dining room with floor tiles and a quartz countertop, plus French doors out into the garden.
