Four Reasons To Buy At Daresbury Development
Posted 2 November 2023 by
Helen ChristieBridgewater View from Castle Green Homes has broad appeal. While the housebuilder has a wealth of digital resources to help inspire potential purchasers including the ability to “walk” around the development and inside individual properties, viewing the show homes and exploring the local area in real life offers a fuller picture and will enable buyers to make a better-informed decision.
Sales director Caryl Russell says: “Feedback from customers is that while they love being able to explore the development virtually via our website, when they’ve come to Bridgewater View they’ve discovered there’s much more to the site than meets the eye online.”
The WhatHouse? Award-winning housebuilder has shared four reasons why Bridgewater View could tick all the boxes...
Community
The first phase of homes at Bridgewater View features 89 properties, including a mixture of two-, three- and four-bedroom designs.
Plans for the wider development could eventually see circa 350 homes built across 31 acres of land at Red Brow Lane.
Caryl says: “Buyers are already thinking about the long-term future of the site and the wider Daresbury Garden Village its part of. They’re committed to helping shape the new community and looking forward to using facilities such as parks that will be available for residents to enjoy.”
Location
As the development name suggests, the homes are close to the Bridgwater Canal, with potential for some lovely views of the canal. As work progresses there’ll be a footpath down to the canal.
Caryl continues: “Many people are familiar with Daresbury village and the science park but aren’t entirely sure about where we’re building. Our homes are taking shape in a fantastic position up on the hill, with potential for some lovely views. Residents will have access to local walks, the canal and local schools.”
Daresbury Primary School is less than a mile away from Bridgewater View. Sandymoor Ormiston Academy is around three miles away and for older children, Bridgewater High School is around five miles away.
Well-connected
Located just off the A56, with easy access to the M56, homes at Bridgwater View are well placed for commuting. Warrington, Runcorn, Chester, Altrincham, Liverpool and Manchester are all within easy reach. For a more sustainable transport solution, Daresbury Park bus station, Warrington Central train station and Runcorn East train station are easily accessible. Plus, in time there’ll be a cycle path to connect to the nearby Science Park.
Caryl says: “The homes we’re building are tucked away in a quiet location while also offering strong commuter links. Junction 11 of the M56 is only a three-minute drive away from our homes at Bridgewater View, but you wouldn’t realise it was so close.”
Easy to maintain and efficient to run
Castle Green’s homes look traditional outside, with architecture inspired by the Arts & Crafts era. Inside, they’re designed for modern living with family-friendly layouts, high specification and a host of energy efficient features.
Caryl explains: “Many of our customers opt for a new build home because they see it as a practical choice when compared to an older property. Energy efficiency is also a key consideration as buyers want to save money while saving the planet. What they perhaps don’t realise is that because our homes are so efficient they can be purchased using green mortgages, which tend to offer a more favourable rate than a traditional mortgage, helping further lower household bills.”
Show homes are open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5pm. Current prices start from £339,995 for a three-bedroom Stratford style property.
