The first properties from WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Cala Homes at the Waterbeach development in Cambridge are due to be launched this weekend. The finished development will see 6,500 new homes created over the next 20 years.

Developers Urban&Civic are overseeing the transformation of the new community, which is based on the 724-acre former airfield and barracks site.
