Second Phase Launched At Great Bentley Development
Cala Homes has released 114 properties in the eagerly awaited second phase at Ufford Chase in Essex.
There is a choice of two-bedroom bungalows and three-, four- and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes. The homes will suit a range of buyers from first-time buyers, through to growing families, and downsizers.

As part of its sustainability strategy, Ufford Chase features wildlife meadows, bird boxes, and some homes in Cala’s phase two will be fitted with air source heat pumps to improve energy efficiency.
Ufford Chase is less than 500m from Great Bentley’s train station and just seven miles to the East of Colchester, offering easy access to both the county’s scenic Sunshine Coast and larger commuter towns. Construction of phase two is well underway and will adjoin the existing community of 25 homes that were completed in phase one.
The first homes in phase two will be ready to move into in winter 2023, and Cala’s two show homes at Ufford Chase are open for viewings from 10:30am until 5pm.
