Cala Homes has launched the final phase at its Prince’s Quay development…

WhatHouse? Award-winning housebuilder Cala Homes (West) has launched the third and final phase at its Prince’s Quay development.

Set in Glasgow’s Media City, the development has seen sell out success in phase one, and has just a few homes available in phase two, with the third and final phase now launched ahead of schedule due to popular demand.

In a bid to make the move as smooth as possible, prospective buyers purchasing at Prince’s Quay can take advantage of a brand new furniture package on offer when they reserve their home.

Cala has partnered up with local interior design brand, Get Fully Furnished, to create furniture packages which feature pieces such as a sofa, TV unit, dining room furniture and bedroom items as well as a range of accessories and lighting options helping to make their new property feel like home as soon as they move in.

The third phase features the highly popular Torrance house type which is an impressive three-bedroom duplex apartment split over two spacious levels. The first of its kind in the West of Scotland and exclusively available at Prince’s Quay, the Torrance offers a spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area, complete with designer kitchen and integrated appliances as well as under unit LED lighting on the ground floor. A separate utility room and spacious downstairs WC plus plenty of storage throughout, completes this level.

The second floor features the main bedroom with an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, and two other good-sized bedrooms plus a family bathroom with Porcelanosa tiling and luxury Laufen bathroom fittings. The Torrance duplex offers the best of city apartment living while enjoying the added benefits of main door access, private parking and green space right on its doorstep.

Allowing prospective buyers to view the lifestyle on offer at the city centre development, there are now two duplex show homes available to view, with one of the apartments designed by Get Fully Furnished using the furniture package incentive.

There are now just six duplex remaining on the development.

Prince's Quay (Cala Homes)

Louise Dunn, marketing manager for Cala Homes (West) says: “Prince’s Quay has been extremely popular amongst buyers in both phases of this city development. Located in the city centre and on the doorstep of Glasgow’s bustling West End and in close proximity to the South Side of the city, it really is an ideal location. Not to mention the development is right beside Festival Park giving buyers greenspace right on their doorstep. The duplex apartments are proving very popular with an array of buyers so those who are looking to move to Prince’s Quay should act quickly as we are already down to the final homes remaining.”

The development, located across from many of Glasgow’s iconic landmarks, including BBC Scotland’s headquarters and the OVO Hydro, is the perfect place for those who are looking to experience the buzz of the city, whilst also having access to plenty of green space including Festival Park. The restaurants and bars of trendy Finnieston are only a walk away with direct transport links to Glasgow city centre and beyond also close by.

Prices for a three-bedroom Torrance duplex apartment start from £409,995.
