Final Chance For Coastal Living At Ayrshire Development

Posted 15 March 2023 by Helen Christie

There are just four homes remaining at Cala Homes’ Florence Wynd development in Ayrshire…

Coastal living with Cala Homes (West) is now limited as just four homes remain at the WhatHouse? Award-winning homebuilder’s second and final phase of its development in Ayrshire.

The popular Florence Wynd development, which launched in June 2022, comprises 27 four- and five-bedroom detached family homes and is down to its final homes for sale.

Each home, part of Cala’s acclaimed Light and Space Collection, boasts the high-quality specification and finish synonymous with the homebuilder, offering buyers the chance to enjoy the best of coastal living.

All four remaining homes, which include a Logan, a Kennedy and two Lewis house types, are five-bedroom and enjoy some great spots within the picturesque development.

Potential buyers can get a taste of exactly what’s on offer by visiting Cala’s two outstanding show homes, the Garvie and the Logan, at the Ayrshire development. Previously part of the initial development phase at Florence Gardens, both homes have been given a fresh new look to mark the launch of Florence Wynd.

Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director for Cala Homes (West), says: “Both phases of our coastal development at Doonfoot have been hugely popular with buyers looking for the best of both worlds – close to the beach whilst enjoying the proximity to a host of well-regarded amenities – so it is no surprise we are down to our final four homes. With more people keen to maximise outdoor space, the prospect of escaping to the coast permanently has never been more popular or appealing, and Florence Wynd offers this in abundance.

“Florence Wynd is an intimate pocket of outstanding family homes which will tick a lot of boxes for growing and established families. A handful of the plots even boast views across the Firth of Clyde which are just breath-taking, with the Isle of Arran visible on a clear day. I would encourage anyone interested in finding out more to book an appointment to view our showhomes and speak to our expert sales consultants as soon as possible.”

With the beach just 10 minutes’ walk via a dedicated path, the development is also close to a host of amenities within Ayr town centre, and just a stone’s throw from Doonfoot Primary School, Rozelle Country Park and historical sites like Robert Burns Cottage in nearby Alloway.
