Shared Ownership Open Day Event Taking Place In Tamworth

Keith OsborneNew homes provider Bromford is hosting an Open Day event on Saturday 25 February, between 11.00am and 4.00pm, at the Arkall Farm development in Tamworth, Staffordshire for potential homebuyers to view the Shared Ownership homes now available to purchase.
Arkall Farm, off Ashby Road, is a development comprised of a collection of two-bedroom Shared Ownership homes, built by five-star housebuilder Morris Homes.
Shared Ownership gives first-time buyers and those who do not currently own a property the opportunity to secure a new build home with Bromford. Homebuyers pay a mortgage on the share they own, and pay rent on the remaining share, meaning only a smaller deposit is required.
One of the homes now available for homebuyers to purchase is ‘The Patterdale’, priced at £100,000 with a 40% share value (full market value £250,000). It opens to a spacious lounge with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen and dining area is open-plan and features French doors leading to the rear garden, creating a beautiful space for entertaining. Completing the downstairs is a handy cloakroom that provides extra storage space. Upstairs is a further storage cupboard, two double bedrooms filled with plenty of natural light and a modern family bathroom.
Catherine Jarrett, director of sales and marketing at Bromford, said: “We at Bromford are very excited that the Shared Ownership homes at Arkall Farm are now available to purchase. This is an excellent development full of high-quality homes that would be ideal for a range of lifestyles, including first-time buyers, young professionals and growing families.
“We expect to get a lot of interest so would suggest that anyone who is in search of a home in the Staffordshire area reach out to our sales advisors as soon as they can, so they can secure their perfect home in time.”
Tamworth is an excellent location to call home. For families, there is a wide selection of primary schools, secondary schools and colleges, in addition to a range of pre-school activities for young children to enjoy. For days out, there are plenty of unique and independent shops, bars and restaurants, as well as an indoor ski slope, Drayton Manor theme park and Tamworth Castle. For commuters, there are excellent transport links to Birmingham, Lichfield, Cannock and Nuneaton.
