New Two-Bedroom Houses Unveiled At Solihull Development

Posted 6 June 2022 by Keith Osborne

Bromford has unveiled the ‘Dunlin’ style home at Blythe Valley, available through Shared Ownership...

House-hunters in the West Midlands are being encouraged to enquire about the brand new two-bedroom Shared Ownership homes at Bromford’s popular Blythe Valley development in Solihull.

Blythe Valley is a modern collection of Shared Ownership houses and apartments, the latter of which have now sold out. The new release of homes consists of two-bedroom houses which are expected to be ready in summer 2022, and three-bedroom properties which will be released later this year.

The development is surrounded by green open spaces and great transport links, making the properties more than ideal for first-time buyers and young professionals alike.

Shared Ownership gives those who do not currently own a property the chance to secure a new build home with Bromford. Homebuyers pay a mortgage on the share they own and pay rent on the remaining share, meaning only a smaller deposit is required.

The ‘Dunlin’ style home is one of the highly anticipated new additions to the development, priced from £118,000 with a 40% share value (based on a full market value of £295,000). This semi-detached property opens into a hallway, featuring a downstairs cloakroom that sits just outside the spacious living room. Completing the first floor is a modern, combined kitchen and dining area and turfed rear garden. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms and a modern family bathroom.

Catherine Jarrett, director of sales and marketing at Bromford, said: “We are very excited to be unveiling a range of brand new houses for property seekers to enquire about at Blythe Valley, following the successful completion of our apartments.

“These two-bedroom homes are the first multi-storey properties we have released at the development, providing property seekers with more space to accommodate their busy lifestyles.

“Blythe Valley is a great development in an ideal location, so we are expecting the new homes to be snapped up quickly. We would highly encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch with our sales team as quickly as possible before it’s too late.”

The Blythe Valley development is situated in the heart of Blythe Valley Park, with plenty of local amenities nearby, including the Java Lounge Coffee House, Virgin Active gym and health spa, and a new Co-op shop. Residents can also benefit from easy access to Solihull and Birmingham, with the M42 motorway and two train stations close by. For holidays and business trips, Birmingham International Airport is just 10 miles away.
