A show home has been launched at the Bovis Homes Coggeshall Mill location in the Essex town of Coggeshall.
The four-bedroom ‘Maple’ show home offers potential homebuyers at the development the first chance to look around a completed and decorated property. Bovis Homes is building 161 properties at the development, situated off Colchester Road, including a mix of two- to five-bedroom houses, and two-bedroom coach houses split between 105 private, and 56 affordable homes.
