House-hunters will need to act quickly if they want to secure one of the last remaining homes for sale at Vistry Group's Pemberton Park development in Witchford.

Just 10 properties are now available to purchase at the site off Field End, where Vistry East Midlands is building a total of 128 detached and semi-detached houses under its Bovis Homes brand.

Pemberton Park sales manager Laura Thomas said the site's enviable location was proving popular with those looking to make their next move: “Pemberton Park is the perfect choice for homeowners who want to combine the best of rural living with excellent links to the nearby cities of Ely and Cambridge and even central London.

“Our homes offer plenty of space for the whole family to live, work and thrive in this beautiful corner of the Cambridgeshire countryside, while the mix of three, four and five-bedroom houses is appealing to a broad range of purchasers.”

Seven four-bedroom homes, two five-bedroom homes and one three-bedroom home are currently for sale at Pemberton Park. Among them is ‘The Willow’, a four-bedroom house with 1,467 sq ft of living space spread across three storeys.

Laura Thomas said: “The ground floor of the home includes an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a spacious sitting room and a utility room, which is quickly becoming an essential feature of the modern home. Three well-appointed bedrooms and a family bathroom make up the first floor, while the top storey is taken up by the main bedroom with an en suite bathroom and plenty of storage space. For those looking to work from home, ‘The Willow’'s fourth bedroom is the perfect size for a dedicated home office or study.”

A selection of three- and four-bedroom homes at Pemberton Park, including the Willow, are currently available to first-time buyers to purchase with the government’s Help to Buy scheme. The initiative can be used on a new build property priced up to £407,400 in the East of England region. The buyer receives an equity loan of 20% of the property’s value, which is interest-free for five years, meaning they only need to put down a 5% deposit and secure a 75% mortgage. Help to Buy comes to an end in March next year and the deadline for reserving a home with it is 31 October 2022. Find out more at bovishomes.co.uk.
