Keith OsborneBloor Homes has reported five home reservations and over 60 sets of visitors since the show homes at its Kings Hill Park development on Ashingdon Road in Rochford opened at the start of November.
Carrie Claxton, sales director for Bloor Homes’ Eastern region, said: “We are delighted to have had our first five reservations at Kings Hill Park. Even before we launched the development this summer, we had been inundated with enquiries. Prior to opening the new show homes and marketing suite at the start of November more than 60 people with a wide range of needs – first-time buyers, families looking for larger homes, as well as people looking to downsize – had made appointments to come and see the development in the first week.
“The first five purchasers to reserve on this first phase have also had the pick of the plots – a benefit of registering and visiting site so early and buying at a brand new development. To have had five reservations in the first two weeks shows the high level of demand at Rochford and we look forward to assisting our first purchasers through their homebuying journey with us.”
When completed, the development will comprise 662 new homes. The five new show houses are a two-bedroom ‘Dekker’ design, three-bedroom ‘Kane’ and ‘Forbes’, and the four-bedroom ‘Macauley’ and ‘Warton’.
There is currently a variety of eight different two-, three- and four-bedroom house styles to choose from in the first releases at King’s Hill Park, starting at £365,000, £400,000 and £460,000 respectively.
