Berkeley Unveils Exciting New Neighbourhood, Moments from Southall’s Elizabeth Line Station, at The Green Quarter

Building on the strong community already established at The Green Quarter, Berkeley has unveiled the next chapter in its landmark 88-acre regeneration of Southall, West London, with the launch of Quarter Yards - an exciting new 8.9-acre neighbourhood.

Perfectly positioned at the closest point of the development to Southall Station, Quarter Yards will serve as the gateway to the Elizabeth Line, connecting residents to Paddington in 13 minutes or Heathrow Airport in just 10 minutes, creating seamless connections to Central London and international travel.
