Official Opening Of First Building At Southall Site
Posted 6 February 2024 by
Keith OsborneWhatHouse? Award-winning Berkeley Group has held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially commemorate the opening of Iris House, the first building in the current phase of its development The Green Quarter in west London.
The development team was joined by Mr Chuang, who was the first purchaser to complete on their new home in Iris House and was given the honour of cutting the ribbon. Project director Matthew Patton extended a warm welcome to all who joined and made a speech to mark the occasion and celebrate this shared success.
The event was a communal celebration attended by both residents and Berkeley staff, and is a significant milestone for The Green Quarter. As the first building to complete since 2022, Iris House marks the beginning of new residents moving in and the growth of the community. The occasion also launches the start of the new phase, which is set to deliver around 600 homes.
