Helen ChristieWhatHouse? Award-winning developer Berkeley has launched a new show home at The Green Quarter.
The developer is inviting prospective buyers the chance to explore the new show home this weekend, Saturday 20 January. The show home is designed by BASE Interior, and reflects luxury and sophistication, with a touch of nature. The home features neutral tones and floral textures, combined with green accents throughout. Visitors can enjoy a tour of the home followed by coffee and cake at Parkside Yards.
The Green Quarter is one of London’s biggest regeneration projects, offering a collection of Manhattan, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. It boasts 13 acres of parkland, podium gardens and over 1.5km of canal frontage. Residents can enjoy plenty of on-site amenities, including parkside Yards, a new hub offering a cafe, organic grocery store, tree nursery, creative arts hub, lifestyle store, ceramics studio and more. Other facilities at the development include a residents-only gym, screening room and work space.
The development is located opposite Southall Crossrail station, an Elizabeth Line station, connecting residents to Bond Street in just 17 minutes, and Heathrow in just eight minutes.
There are a few homes remaining in the current phase, with prices ranging from £451,000 to £711,500.
