New Collection Of Homes Launches At Warfield Development

Posted 18 July 2022 by Helen Christie

Berkeley has recently released the much-anticipated next collection of homes at its Woodhurst Park development in Warfield…

Waters Reach, an idyllic riverside collection of two- to five-bedroom homes, comprises the latest offering at this 65-acre country park development, overlooking the Riverside Cut, an area of green, open space.

Benjamin Ivey, director of sales and marketing at Berkeley Homes (Oxford & Chiltern), says: “Waters Reach offers a variety of properties to suit a range of tastes and budgets. Like our most recent collection, The Oaks, there are a number of larger four- and five-bedroom family homes on offer, including our popular townhouses, but we are also releasing a selection of apartments and two-bedroom houses for the first time in over 12 months. These properties are located alongside a glorious waterside setting, following a winding natural watercourse and bordered by ample green open space, while the country park is just a five minute walk away.”

Waters Reach offers a great choice of homes for all types of buyer, including first-time buyers, upsizers, downsizers and investors, with a stylish selection of apartments and coach houses, two-bedroom two-bathroom houses and three-bedroom houses with open-plan living. There are also four-bedroom townhouses offering flexible living spaces as well as impressive five-bedroom detached homes with balconies overlooking the river.

Tim Foreman, the selling agent for Woodhurst Park and managing director of land and new homes at Leaders Romans Group, says: “There has been fantastic interest at Woodhurst Park. Demand certainly hasn’t subsided for properties on the development even with the sunnier weather - buyers are remaining resilient and interest is higher than ever. People are ready to buy, and bricks and mortar remains a good investment.”

Woodhurst Park has been designed with nature in mind with the landscaped Greenway offering a pedestrian route through the centre of the development. A number of beautiful walking routes are available through mature woodland and the landscaped country park, while the village green and pond complete the village idyll. The development is ideally located for young families, and is within walking distance of Warfield C of E Primary School, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, located along the eastern edge of Woodhurst Park.
