Berkeley Homes is combining electronic tours with one-on-one guidance at two developments in north London...

Berkeley Homes, the multi-award-winning housebuilder, is offering house-hunters detailed electronic tours of two developments in north London in the company of someone from its expert sales teams.

This interactive viewing combines a high-quality ‘virtual tour’ of a show home with the opportunity to talk and ask questions to someone who knows everything about it in real time – about as close as it can get to a site visit tour in these times of lockdown and social distancing.

Trent Park, Enfield

This is a new development set around historic Grade II listed buildings, which include a beautiful mansion house and orangery. Over 270 homes are being delivered, comprising an array of new and converted one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses.

Trent Park has excellent transport connections. A shuttle bus service connects the development with nearby Oakwood underground station on the Piccadilly line, which operates round the clock at weekends; trains to King’s Cross take as little as 26 minutes. The M25 is 15 minutes’ drive away and provides swift access to the wider motorway network.

Prices at Trent Park start from £565,000 for a one-bedroom apartment at Lyon House and £570,000 for a one-bedroom apartment at Highfield House.

Woodberry Down, Hackney

This is widely as one of the capital’s largest estate regeneration projects. The Westacre comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and represents one of the last opportunities to purchase an apartment overlooking the West Reservoir at Woodberry Down.

Woodberry Down enjoys Zone 2 connectivity: Manor House Underground station is a four-minute walk, with fast journey time to King’s Cross (eight minutes), the West End or City (20 minutes).

Prices at The Westacre start from £715,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.
