Limited-Time Balcony Package Offer At Horsham Apartments

Posted 19 July 2021 by Keith Osborne

Berkeley is offering a choice of bespoke balcony furnishing packages at The Paperward until the end of August...

From now until the end of August 2021, purchasers of an apartment at Berkeley’s The Paperyard will be gifted a bespoke balcony package of their choice.

All furniture will be sourced and installed by award-winning interior designer, Jigsaw Box, and purchasers will be able to choose from one of three bespoke balcony packages all centred around different themes; contemporary, cosy or gardening. Perfect for continuing a newfound love of gardening and kickstarting a balcony vegetable patch, the gardening balcony will include a greenhouse, potting station and accessories, sleeping bench and a selection of large planters. Alternatively, the cosy package is perfect for snuggling up of an evening, complete with a comfortable outdoor sofa with cushions and blankets, solar fairy lights and hanging planters, whilst the contemporary package will appeal to those looking to entertain, offering a drinks trolley station, trough planters and stylish outdoor furniture.

For interested buyers keen on learning more about this incredible incentive, Berkeley has installed example packages on three balconies at the development, which are available to view by appointment now.

Ben Annetts, sales and marketing director at Berkeley Southern, commented: “With more buyers eager for extra space and an effortless lifestyle of outdoor living, we are pleased to be able to satisfy purchaser’s demands with our stunning new balcony packages at The Paperyard. Although there is no obligation, purchasers will be able to choose a package to suit their personal lifestyle, whether that means growing their own fruit and veg at home, unwinding with a good book in the evening, or enjoying entertaining friends and family again. Close to the high street, excellent commuter links and moments from great restaurants, the homes at The Paperyard are brilliant for buyers wanting to own their own space with everything on the doorstep, and we’re pleased to be working with such a renowned interior designer, Jigsaw Box, to offer this fantastic incentive.”

The PaperyardContemporary balcony package

Berkeley’s Manhattan (studio), one- and two-bedroom apartments at The Paperyard are perfect for those who desire a flexible home with private outside space. Each property benefits from a balcony or terrace, and demonstrates a deluxe specification internally too. Open-plan kitchen/living/dining spaces flow into the balcony/terrace via French doors. Kitchens have integrated appliances by NEFF, and a choice of door and composite stone worktop finishes with tiled splashback, whilst bathrooms offer contemporary white sanitaryware and chrome taps. Residents will also have exclusive access to the landscaped rooftop garden, which provides a tranquil place to unwind.

For venturing into the wider outdoors, nature enthusiasts will be at home at The Paperyard with plenty of beautiful green space on the doorstep. A few minutes' walk away from home, Horsham Park is Green Flag accredited, and provides wide open spaces, a tranquil sensory garden, activity centres and The Kaya Café. Further afield, the South Downs and High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offer acres of pathways, woodland and open space to explore.

Horsham town centre delivers an excellent array of shops including high-street brands and independent shops as well as an abundance of bars, pubs and restaurants. A flourishing gastro scene means Horsham is real foodie hot-spot, with a menu and an ambience to suit every occasion. As well as a number of popular eateries, the town offers a variety of designer and boutique shops, with Swan Walk, The Forum and Piries Place set for a £35million transformation bringing new brands and a new cinema to the heart of Horsham.

There are also excellent transport links. Horsham train station is a short walk away, where residents are connected to Central London in 49 minutes. In addition, both Gatwick Airport and Brighton are less than half-an-hour's drive away.

Apartments at The Paperyard are ready to move into now, and prices start from £199,950 for a one-bedroom apartment with the government’s new Help to Buy scheme available.
