A new four-bedroom show home has been unveiled by Bellway at its Sheasby Park development in Fradley, Staffordshire...

A new show home was recently unveiled at a housing development being constructed on the former RAF Lichfield site in Fradley.

Bellway West Midlands has now opened the doors of the four-bedroom ‘Alder’ house type at Sheasby Park, giving prospective buyers an insight into what life might be like in a new home at the development.

This family-size detached house features an open-plan kitchen/dining room with adjacent utility room and cloakroom, a separate living room downstairs and an integral single garage. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms, including an en suite master bedroom.

Those who wish to view the property can book one-to-one appointments in which they can take a tour, meet the sales advisor and ask any questions they may have, while adhering to social distancing guidelines.

As well as the new ‘Alder’ show home, there are also three other show homes available to view at the development – the four-bedroom ‘Mulberry’, the three-bedroom ‘Cherry’ and the two-bedroom ‘Almond’.

Bellway’s development is  part of a wider plan to create a brand-new neighbourhood – comprising up to 750 homes, a primary school, health centre, nursery and pub – on the former airfield, which closed in 1958 after being used to train pilots during the Second World War.

Sheasby ParkMarie Richards, sales director for Bellway West Midlands, said: “Visiting a show home can be the best way for people who are thinking of buying at Sheasby Park to visualise themselves living in a new home here.

“It’s been great to see such positive reactions to the new ‘Alder’ house type from those who have already viewed this property – it’s a great addition to the suite of showhomes we already have available to explore.

“We’re seeing continued interest in the new homes here, thanks to their great location, close to the A38 and A51 for easy links to Birmingham, Burton-on-Trent, Derby and Tamworth, and just three miles from Lichfield Trent Valley train station.

“It’s also a very family-friendly development, with a range of highly regarded primary and secondary schools nearby, while Fradley village hall, just under a mile away, is the hub for local activities such as fitness classes, theatre groups, clubs and events.

“One-to-one bookings can be made to visit the development to ensure the safety of customers and staff, whilst also allowing people to have time to explore the showhome and discuss their individual requirements and queries with our sales team.”

Located off Common Lane, Sheasby Park comprises a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, with prices currently starting from £213,995.
