Show Home Opens At Wiltshire Scheme

A new show home has opened its doors for the first time at a housing development by Bellway in South Marston, on the outskirts of Swindon.

The housebuilder has unveiled the four-bedroom ‘Wroughton’ show house at Vicarage Gardens, located off Old Vicarage Lane.

Christel Hawkins, sales manager for Bellway South West, said: “Now that we have launched the show home at Vicarage Gardens, prospective buyers have the opportunity to get a first-hand look at what life could be like if they were to purchase a home at the development.

There is currently a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses on sale at Vicarage Gardens, with prices starting from £255,000. The development also includes on-site public open space and will also feature a new build house in the style of the former Old Vicarage building.
