Keith OsborneThe show apartment at a recently launched new homes development is set to open its doors on Saturday 26 September.
The finishing touches are being made to the two-bedroom property at Bellway London’s Bluenote Apartments, off Blyth Road, ready for its official unveiling. The development is located next to the Old Vinyl Factory, which is the inspiration behind the Bluenote name.
Greg Allsop, sales and marketing director for Bellway London, said: “Construction is progressing well at Bluenote Apartments, which means we’re able to unveil our new show apartment within the sales and marketing complex at the development this month.
“There’s been a great deal of interest here since we released the first homes for sale in July, with a quarter of our 77 private homes already sold in Hayes.
“Many of the buyers who have purchased a new apartment so far appreciate this great location, next to the newly refurbished Old Vinyl Factory and just a short walk from Hayes and Harlington station, which will be serviced by Crossrail, taking residents to Heathrow in as little as five minutes and Canary Wharf in 34 minutes.
“The show apartment we have planned will showcase the flexibility of property types we have on offer at Bluenote and provide an excellent opportunity for buyers to view an apartment before purchasing, including the property’s spacious balcony which spans 10 sqm.
“We have also created a home working area within the second bedroom of the show apartment which highlights how the space can be used as an alternative option for buyers. With many of our residents choosing to work from home more permanently, it’s important that our show homes reflect the needs of our customers to provide them with an instant impression of what their own home could represent.
“Those who wish to view the first show apartment to open here can book a one-to-one appointment with a sales advisor at the development. The viewing system we have in place not only adheres to government guidelines regarding social distancing, but also has the added benefit that visitors will have an allocated time all to themselves to explore the apartment without interruption.”
Construction work is well underway at Bluenote Apartments, where Bellway London is building a total of 118 homes, including 77 apartments for private sale, with prices currently starting from £340,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.
The remaining 41 homes will be provided as affordable housing available through Shared Ownership or rent and include a range of apartments and seven three-storey townhouses.
