Release Of New Homes Off-Plan In Witham This Saturday

Saturday 12 September sees the first homes released off-plan at a new Bellway housing development in Rivenhall, near Witham, Essex.

Bluebells will go on sale from the housebuilder’s existing Rivenhall Park sales office after the housebuilder decided to make some of the homes available earlier to meet the demand for people wanting to move home post-lockdown.

Two- and three-bedroom homes are being built at the new 58-home development, with 17 being affordable housing for local people. There will also be public open space and a pocket park for both residents and the public to use.

Jenny Walker, sales sirector for Bellway Essex, said: “As more and more people are looking to move post-lockdown for that bigger home or outdoor space, we decided to launch some of our homes at Bluebells off-plan to allow interested buyers to reserve their new home as soon as possible.

“We’ve already seen a lot of interest in this development and it’s easy to see why. Bluebells sits on the edge of Rivenhall with Witham train station just a 15-minute walk from the development. Nearby is also Rivenhall Oaks Golf Centre as well as shops, pubs and the New Rickstones Academy campus.

“Launching the first homes off-plan means that buyers can reserve their plot, customise their home as it’s being built and then be one of the first residents to move in once their home is complete. This is why we are planning to have an off-site launch on Saturday 12 September, before the first homes are ready for occupation, so people interested in reserving one of the first homes can do so earlier.”
