More Homes Released At Hull Development

Posted 24 November 2020 by Keith Osborne

There's a great choice of home types now available at Beal Homes' characterful mews-style Fruit Market development...

Beal Homes has put more homes for sale at Fruit Market, its development just moments from the River Humber, close to Hull Waterside & Marina.

It’s taking shape as a ‘contemporary urban village’ with a whole range of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and houses set out across four mews-style private courtyards, inspired by traditional design but fitted to the latest specifications. Right now, prices start at £190,000

The two- and three-storey house types heavily influenced by traditional street scenes and urban landscapes. Beal Homes has carefully considered materials, details, colours, scale and shapes in order to create “a modern and visually stimulating take on the history and heritage of the Fruit Market”.

There’s an extra aspect to the Beal Homes approach, with buyers having an option of altering layouts to create a bespoke interior.

One of the homes currently for sale is a duplex apartment [https://www.whathouse.com/housebuilders/beal-homes/east-riding-of-yorkshire-hull/2-bed-apartment_249955/] priced at £249,995, which has the open-plan kitchen/dining/living room on the ground floor, and two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor.

There are also single-storey two-bedroom apartments of different types from £190,000 and £205,000 respectively, and three-bedroom, three-storey mews house from £264,995.

Abigail Moody is a sales executive for Beal Homes who loves the area so much she has snapped up her first home at Fruit Market and is enjoying life in the growing neighbourhood.

“It’s made up of lovely courtyards, so there is always someone to say hello to and everyone is very friendly. There is a real community spirit,” she said. “Location-wise, it’s perfect to go for a drink, a meal or a walk. Living in the Fruit Market you feel like you’re on holiday all the time!”

Fruit MarketSales and marketing director Sue Waudby added that the few remaining homes that are now ready to move into are not just appealing to owners-occupiers but also attractive to potential investors.

She said: “The Fruit Market is a lovely, close-knit community, primarily made up of owner-occupiers who enjoy all that the area has to offer. There is also strong interest from investors. If you’re looking for an investment property, the Fruit Market is ideal. For investors we can offer a package of assistance, including through our sister lettings business Yorkshire and Lincolnshire Developments.”

Interested buyers can arrange an appointment for a one-on-one visit to the marketing suite.
