Available under the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brand, here are a few of those that could be ideal for home-seekers who can start the buying process right now.

Bedewell Court is in Hebburn and it has a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes for sale right now, with prices starting at £114,995, thanks to the Home Reach part buy-part rent scheme. However, the properties available to move into by Christmas are all for sale at full market price. The ‘Moresby’ is an end-of-terrace three-bedroom house with two parking spaces, priced at £244,995 and with upgrades worth £3,500.
