For anyone who already owns a home but is looking to upsize to an energy-efficient and low-maintenance brand new property in Staffordshire, the thought of the property chain can be daunting, with the potential for things to go take them ‘back to square one’ in the selling/buying process. On the west side of Tamworth, Heron's Reach at Dunstall Park is 70% sold but still offers a good range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, with three show homes for house-hunters to see. The Fallows

Barratt Homes is currently selling three- and four-bedroom houses at Bertelin Fields, situated just three miles from Stafford town centre and minutes from the M5, with prices starting from £224,995, with a variety of special deals on selected plots. Plot 372, the ‘Hale’ at £399,995, can be purchased through 105% Part Exchange. This is a detached home with integral single garage, upgraded kitchen/dining room, separate lounge and four double bedrooms (one with en suite).

Waterside is on a canalside site in Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent. It’s current three- and four-bedroom house types start at £266,995 and the first homes will be ready to move into next spring.
