Housebuilder’s Pre-Christmas Move-In Staffordshire Homes

Barratt Developments – a former WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year, which sells under its Barratt Home and David Wilson Homes brands – has a number of brand new properties for sale at its Staffordshire sites which lucky buyers could move into before the Christmas holiday.

Keen house-hunters still have time to purchase one of a great variety of homes in some of the county’s popular towns which are ready to move into now, or will be completed in time to be comfortable before the festive season.

There are also a host of special offers on brand new homes at these sites (terms and conditions apply), including things like contributions to deposit, Stamp Duty or mortgage, key worker discounts and, for those with a property to sell, the convenience of Part Exchange.

Ready-to-move-into new homes in Lichfield

Fradley Manor is the Barratt Homes development in Fradley, just north of Lichfield, where there are currently a number of four-bedroom homes for sale from £339,995 to £519,995. Among the brand new properties here is the three-storey ‘Kingsville’, at £339,995, which will be ready to move into by Christmas and comes with the offer of £16,800 towards your mortgage. Starting prices range from £245,995 to £499,995. Among them is the four-bedroom/two-bathroom ‘Kingsley’ on Plot 385 at £389,995. Olive Park is only one mile from the town centre and while 50% sold, right now has a range of three- and four-bedroom house types for sale, with starting prices between £265,000 and £490,000. There’s a Stamp Duty holiday on reservations before 31 October 2023. There are three brand new homes ready to move into immediately here, all of which can be purchased chain-free with Part Exchange. One is called the ‘Kennett’, from £320,000, with a combination of flooring, kitchen and fittings packages worth some £15,000. On the northern fringes of Stafford, Barratt Homes has a successful development called Bertelin Fields, where there are currently three- and four-bedroom house types for sale ranging from £269,995 to £459,995. There are various offers on different plots too, including deposit boost, estate agent’s fee paid, Stamp Duty paid and Part Exchange. The ‘Lutterworth’ on Plot 474 is priced at £319,995 – a recent reduction by £10,000 – and will be ready to move into by Christmas.
