Housebuilder’s Part Exchange Instant Events In Yorkshire This Weekend

The Yorkshire West division of Barratt Developments – a former WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year which sells homes under the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands – is hosting a series of free-to-attend Part Exchange Instant Events across all of its developments in North, South and West Yorkshire this weekend.

The Part Exchange Guarantee Scheme aims to reduce the stress of those looking to sell their home by removing the sales chain. Prospective buyers, subject to terms and conditions, can use the scheme to sell their existing property to Barratt Developments for a fair market value. If the house subsequently sells for more money, the homeowner will receive 100% of any profits made (minus estate agency fees), guaranteeing a quick, fair value sale. Buyers are also able to stay in their home until their new property is ready, making the whole process efficient and straightforward.

The Part Exchange Guarantee scheme is currently available at developments across North, West and South Yorkshire, and potential buyers are encouraged to visit their nearest or preferred Barratt Homes or David Wilson Homes development on the Friday 27, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 October to learn more about the scheme.
