Housebuilder’s Offers At Leicestershire Sites

Barratt Developments, a former WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year, has a host of developments taking shape across Leicester in its Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands, and there are some great offers for keen buyers to enjoy if they reserve their new home this month.

In Braunstone, Barratt Homes’ New Lubbesthorpe development offers a collection of three- and four-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £284,995. The housebuilder’s Part Exchange Xtra scheme is available on selected homes - the housebuilder will sell your current home, or become a guaranteed buyer. It also has several other incentives available at the development.

It’s featured development, Plot 216, the ‘Morpeth’ is a three-bedroom property with an open-plan kitchen and French doors opening onto the garden. Barratt Homes is offering an upgraded kitchen package and flooring throughout the home, worth £6,254, and a £10,000 contribution towards a deposit.

For those looking for a quiet suburban home, David Wilson Homes’ Burnmill Grange is ideal.
