Posted 27 October 2022 byÂ
Keith OsborneBarratt Developments – the WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year 2019 – is hosting homebuyer Mortgage Clinic events at a number of its developments in Milton Keynes on Saturday 29 October.
These events will offer keen property seekers the chance to talk to the expert team of sales advisors and mortgage advisors to find out what steps they can take for their next move.
Prospective buyers can book an appointment to receive some expert one to one advice, ideal for those who are unsure if they can make a step on to the property ladder. As well as this, those who attend the event can take advantage of up to £15,000 worth of savings on selected properties if they choose to reserve a home on the day (terms and conditions apply).
Alison Raine, sales director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Northampton, said: “Purchasing a home is the biggest investment you’re likely to make and we’ve arranged an event to ensure buyers have all the information they need ahead of stepping onto the property ladder.
“It is truly an uncertain time for those looking for a mortgage, so we’ll be ready to answer any questions to provide a greater understanding about what homes they may be able to afford. We’d encourage anyone interested in getting on the property ladder to attend the Mortgage Clinic, and homebuyers will also have the chance to look around the development during the event.”
The events are taking place at:
Brooklands, with one- and two-bedroom homes priced from £224,995.
Fairfields, with two- and four-bedroom houses priced from £247,495.
Brooklands Park, with four- and five-bedroom executive homes priced from £539,995.
Woburn Downs, with four-bedroom houses from £504,995.
