Posted 12 August 2022 by Keith Osborne

Barratt Homes releases its second phase at Cringleford Heights as David Wilson Homes nearly sells out its first phase...

Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes are bringing a new selection of properties to the growing Cringleford Heights development off Colney Lane in Norwich.

The release of homes follows the successful sale of all phase one properties on the Barratt Homes side of the development, and the near selling out of phase one the David Wilson Homes side.

The first phase of Cringleford Heights consists of 142 properties, and an additional 302 homes will be built on the next phase of the development, with a range of three- and four-bedroom homes available to buy now.

Alison Page, head of sales at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Anglia, said: “We’re very pleased to be expanding our Cringleford Heights community to provide a home for more growing families, first time buyers, downsizers and working professionals in the area. We pride ourselves on building quality homes for our customers and this new collection of properties will be no exception.”

Two new property styles from Barratt Homes’ latest releases include the three-bedroom ‘Maidstone’ house, priced from £340,995, and the ‘Hesketh’ four-bedroom home, available from £426,995. David Wilson Homes has its final few homes on the market from phase one of building, including its four bedroom ‘Holden’ style home priced from £532,995, and its four-bedroom Layton home available from £572,995.

Six-time winner of the Norfolk Village of the Year competition, Cringleford offers fantastic rural surroundings whilst having the benefit of Norwich’s many useful amenities close to home.

Just four miles from the city centre, residents have the likes of a post office, pharmacy, and a local convenience store on their doorstep, as well as the beautiful parkland and historic attractions the area has to offer nearby. A number of schools are easily accessible from the development, including the Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ Cringleford CofE VA Primary School for families with younger children.
