Aston Grange is the Barratt Homes collection here, proving a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, close to the quintessential village of Gaydon. Beaumont @ Warwick Gates is a David Wilson Homes development in the south outskirts of the attractive town, a two-mile drive from neighbouring Warwick. It’s been a very popular destination sand there are now only a few new homes remaining for sale here, all with three bedrooms and ranging in starting price from £420,000 to £450,000. Each of them comes with electric car charging points and extras packages for kitchen appliances and luxury flooring. The ‘Kennett’ on Plot 32 is a former show home and ready to move into.
