Offers worth thousands of pounds are available on selected plots at two Barratt Homes developments in Warwickshire...

Barratt Homes is offering a range of special deals on properties at St James’ Gate off Topiary Road in Nuneaton, and Warwick Gates, off Harper Close in Warwick, worth thousands of pounds to house-hunters in Warwickshire.

Just five minutes’ drive from the town centre, the Ropewalk and Abbeygate Shopping Centres, St James’ Gate currently offers a variety of four-bedroom house types starting from £337,995. Some two-bedroom houses will be released soon.

A number of the available properties have been fitted with upgraded kitchens, but some are being sold with additional extras (subject to terms and conditions).

On Plot 215 is the ‘Halstead’, priced £359,995, located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
