Part Exchanging To A New Home In Kettering

Posted 21 February 2022 by Keith Osborne

Homeowners are invited by Barratt Homes to consider simplifying their purchase through the Part Exchange scheme...

With the spring approaching, Barratt Homes is offering a helping hand for eager house hunters at its Bertone Gardens development in Barton Seagrave, Kettering.

According to Rocket Mortgage, spring sees an increased number of homes for sale as well as more people looking to make a move, meaning house prices can rise. The developer – part of 2019 WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year, Barratt Developments – is therefore highlighting its Part Exchange scheme which can help with the increased competition, as well as speed up the moving process.

Will Phair, sales director at Barratt Homes Cambridgeshire, said: “Homebuyers who are keen to move but worried about the time it can take to sell an existing property can make best use of our Part Exchange scheme to save them the hassle.

“Part Exchange allows homebuyers to save money on their dream home, as there are no estate agent fees. Another positive of the scheme is that you will be able to stay in your previous property until your new home is ready to move into. The scheme is available on selected properties at our Bertone Gardens development and we’d encourage anyone keen to learn more to book an appointment with our sales advisers.”

Bertone GardensThe Part Exchange scheme is completed in five simple steps:

Step 1: Find out if you qualify by speaking to a sales advisor at your chosen development.

Step 2: Choose your home. Decide on your perfect home at Bertone Gardens.

Step 3: Barratt Homes will then make you an offer on your home after two independent valuations.

Step 4: When a fair price has been agreed, Barratt Homes will buy your home as Part Exchange for your new one. The sale will be completed within eight to ten weeks.

Step 5: Moving day! You’re free to move into your new home.

Bertone Gardens, located on Sulgrave Street in Kettering, sits amongst beautiful open space and countryside. With Twywell Hills and Dales Country Park nearby, the development is perfect for those who want a slice of countryside on their doorstep whilst benefiting from great commuter links.

Starting prices for the current range of two- to four-bedroom homes at Bertone Gardens range from £284,995 to £444,995. Buyers can save up to £28,000 on current special offers on selected plots. Find out more from Barratt Homes.
