Located on the southern fringe of the city, Ness Castle will comprise an array of three-, four- and five-bedroom house types in countryside close to the South Loch Ness trail, and under 20 minutes from Loch Ness. The ‘Glenlair’ is a mid-terrace three-bedroom house with south-facing garden priced from £214,995 and currently comes with free flooring worth £2,500 or £10,749 deposit paid. For a larger budget, the ‘Ballathie’, from £359,995, is a five-bedroom/two-bathroom detached house with integral garage and there is the choice of £17,999 deposit boost, or use Part Exchange and have a £9,349 LBTT paid. Little more than a mile from the centre of Elgin is Findrassie, a development bringing a selection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes to the area, and there are a host of offers on some of the available properties right now. There are two examples of the ‘Thurso’ here, a semi-detached three-bedroom house type from £229,995, with offers including deposit boost or LBTT paid, or for a larger home, from £323,995 is the ‘Dean’ which has four comfortable bedrooms and an integral single garage, currently with a choice of offfer for LBTT paid or a flooring package. Whiteland Coast is a development situated on the coast less than 11 miles from Aberdeen city centre, with some of the four-bedroom homes here offering excellent sea views.
