Barratt Homes – winner of the prestigious title of WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year in 2019 and a frequent award-winner – is currently offering some substantial deals at its developments in the north of Scotlland, worth thousands of pounds to buyers.

New homes offers at Culloden West, Inverness

Located between the city and Culloden, Barratt at Culloden West is a development of terraced, semi-detached and detached three- and four-bedroom homes – so popular that it’s now 83% sold, but there are still some excellent opportunities and offers. The ‘Cupar’, from £229,995, is a three-bedroom mid-terraced home with southwest-facing garden. The offer combines a contribution to LBTT plus a flooring package. The ‘Craigend’ is semi-detached and comes with three double bedrooms (one with en suite) an open-plan kitchen/diner/dfamily room, with a separate lounge at the front. Located on the southern fringe of the city, Ness Castle will comprise an array of three-, four- and five-bedroom house types in countryside close to the South Loch Ness trail, and under 20 minutes from Loch Ness. The ‘Glenlair’ is a mid-terrace three-bedroom house with south-facing garden priced from £214,995 and currently comes with free flooring worth £2,500 or £10,749 deposit paid. For a larger budget, the ‘Ballathie’, from £359,995, is a five-bedroom/two-bathroom detached house with integral garage and there is the choice of £17,999 deposit boost, or use Part Exchange and have a £9,349 LBTT paid. Little more than a mile from the centre of Elgin is Findrassie, a development bringing a selection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes to the area, and there are a host of offers on some of the available properties right now. There are two examples of the ‘Thurso’ here, a semi-detached three-bedroom house type from £229,995, with offers including deposit boost or LBTT paid, or for a larger home, from £323,995 is the ‘Dean’ which has four comfortable bedrooms and an integral single garage, currently with a choice of offfer for LBTT paid or a flooring package. Whiteland Coast is a development situated on the coast less than 11 miles from Aberdeen city centre, with some of the four-bedroom homes here offering excellent sea views. The ‘Fenton’ on Plot 58 is priced from £289,995 with integral single garage and four double bedrooms. Currently coming with a flooring package valued at £3,667, there’s an offer of Part Exchange and £4,099 paid LBTT, or get £14,499 towards your mortgage, deposit, removal costs or household bills - it’s your choice. Stuated just north of the town, Osprey Heights is a development which has recently seen the launch of its latest phase, named Osprey Rise, which comprises range of three- and four-bedroom new homes for sale. The mid-terrace ‘Cupar’ on Plot 53 is priced from £219,995 with flooring included and the buyer can get up to a £10,999 contribution towards deposit, or instead choose to use the Part Exchange scheme and have £1,499 towards LBTT. The semi-detached, three-bedroom ‘Thurso’ on Plot 14, from £239,995, will be ready to move into this autumn. The buyer can right now choose to use Part Exchange and have £1,899 LBTT paid by the housebuilder plus flooring worth some £3,000, or if they no home to sell, might alternatively receive a £11,999 deposit boost. The ‘Crombie’ at £359,995 has a south-facing garden and will also be ready to move into this autumn.
